On veteran's day Liberty's school held a special veteran's day program. She invited her 'papa' to come and be a part of it. We are so proud of him. He served for 33 years as a helicopter pilot, was part of the vietnam conflict and the first CW5. Way to go Dad! His father (who passed away last year) was also a vet from WWII. We miss you grandpa.
Our chickens are starting to lay eggs! They are still pretty tiny, but at least they are laying! The egg on the left is store bought.
Jay made smiley pancakes for Liberty on Halloween. He even drizzled chocolate syrup on them. The syrup is the hair.

HOoray for Veterans! I am so glad we have a special day to honor them and remember all of the sacrifices made by so many military families so that we can enjoy our freedoms in this great country. And very cool pancakes--and fresh eggs from you chickens. Liberty's first business, up and running :)
What a neat thing for liberty and her grandpa...that is priceless.
